{"id":1576,"date":"2026-05-28T10:29:58","date_gmt":"2026-05-28T16:29:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wp291703.wpdns.ca\/?p=1576"},"modified":"2026-05-28T10:30:41","modified_gmt":"2026-05-28T16:30:41","slug":"aerial-leak-detection","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/crossroadsgas.com\/?p=1576","title":{"rendered":"Drone flights in your area now"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Starting May 2026, if your account number starts with 12, 13 or 14 our Drone flight crew will be in your area for the next several months conducting aerial gas leak inspections.\u00a0By using an aerial system, rather than physically walking the gas lines, we can pinpoint underground leaks quickly and accurately without disturbing your livestock and crops.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For your peace of mind:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The flight crew is certified to operate a Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPAS) and must adhere to all flight regulations.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The RPAS is equipped with non-invasive sensors and is solely focused on inspecting underground gas lines.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flights will occur during daylight hours.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The crew will introduce themselves when they get to your property or leave a door knocker if you&#8217;re not home.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have any questions, you can contact the office at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:reception@crgas.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reception@crgas.ca<\/a>\u00a0or 403-227-4861.
