FAQ
- Will I still get my bills emailed or mailed to me every month? Yes. You will continue to get your gas bill emailed or mailed to you just like before.
- How far back can I access my billing history? There will be at least 18 months of bills and transaction history for you to view or download.
- What if I forgot my password? Click the Forgot Password button on the login screen and that will reset your password.
- Is the email I use case sensitive? Yes. Do not use any capital letters in your email.
- Will you ever create a customer portal app? This is a possibility in the future. We’ll keep you updated. For now, the portal is best viewed on a computer.
- Can I pay my bill through the portal? No. We want to keep your banking and credit card information as safe as possible so you won’t be able to enter payments through the portal. However, we did include a button that says Pay By Credit Card that will take you to our Option Pay website which is safe and secure. Option Pay fees will apply.
- How do I update my address, phone number or email? Click the Contact button at the top of the portal page, choose request type: Update Contact Information and then tell us what you need changed and hit Submit.
- The screen is blank when I access the portal website every month, what do I do? If you see this, please click on the 3 vertical dots, choose Log Out and then log back in. To avoid this in the future, bookmark/favourite the website AFTER you’re already logged in; do not bookmark the log in screen.
