NORMAL TURNAROUND TIME FOR A REQUEST IS 3-4 WEEKS.

The following activities require a crossing request:
Lease, well, fence, pole replacement, right-of-way, road, meter station, work space, drag space, equipment travel, equipment storage, ANY ground disturbance, or any other activity reasonably deemed to require a request. 

In order to properly process your request, please include the following:

1. REQUEST LETTER
– What Grantee is requesting
– Type of work being done
– Contact name
– Contact email address
– Grantee name (proper legal entity)
– Grantee file number
– Grantee address & phone number
– Full legal land description
– Project details
– GPS coordinates of the work areas

2. SURVEY PLAN/SKETCH
– Grantee name
– Grantee project/file number
– Full legal land description
– Grantee’s disposition (s) (labelled and identified)
– Crossroads gas line (s) (labelled and identified)
– Distances between Crossroads line (s) and Grantee’s dispositions (labelled and identified)
– GPS coordinates of the work areas

Please note the following requirements prior to sending:
Crossing and Proximity Specifications for LOW PRESSURE
(less than 689 kPa, 100 psi)
Crossing and Proximity Specifications for HIGH PRESSURE
(greater than 689 kPa, 100 psi)
