Canada Post has launched a national strike. If you are receiving and/or paying your gas bill via Canada Post, here is some information.
How to get your bill:
- Sign up for e-billing. This is the fastest and easiest way to get your bill directly to your email the day that we make it. Please email us at reception@crgas.ca with your account number and say “please sign me up for e-billing.” 65% of our customers have already switched to e-billing.
- Call the office to get your balance. Our number is 403-227-4861.
- Pick up your bill at our office. We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The address is 36060 Range Road 282 Red Deer County.
How to pay your bill:
- Online banking through your bank
- Sign up for Pre-authorized Debit (email us for more information)
- Credit Card (click on the Pay by Credit Card Here tab at the top of the page)
- Drop off your cheque or cash in the drop slot near the front door of our building
- Pay by debit in our office
